Limited Use Policy

Ready to Send's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Ready to Send requires the following approval to access your Gmail account:

1. Run as a Gmail add-on.

Ready to Send seamlessly integrates as a Gmail add-on, working in the background to compose comprehensive responses for your inbox emails.

2. Manage drafts and send emails when you interact with the add-on.

With Ready to Send, you can manually generate new draft responses for any email in your inbox directly from Gmail.

3. View your email message metadata when the add-on is running.

When you manually create a draft response in Gmail using Ready to Send, the add-on gathers necessary information about the email, such as the sender and message details.

4. View your email messages and settings.

Ready to Send actively scans your inbox for new, unread emails that require a response. It automatically generates draft responses that are ready for your review before sending.

5. Connect to an external service.

Ready to Send offers seamless integration with Stripe, enabling efficient management of subscriptions. Ready to Send also leverages OpenAI's language models for generating contextual responses to your emails. 

6. Allow this application to run when you are not present.

Ready to Send works in the background, even when you're offline, ensuring ongoing monitoring for new emails that need a response.

7. Manage drafts and send emails.

With Ready to Send, new draft responses will automatically be created behind the scenes. When you're ready, you can choose to edit or send the reply.
