If you're looking to streamline your email responses, the Ready to Send Gmail app is your solution. In this comprehensive guide, we'll walk you through the process of installation, allowing you to effortlessly generate email responses. Let's dive in and get started!
Installing Ready to Send:
- Access the Website: To begin, navigate to getreadytosend.com.
- Click Install: On the website, locate and click on the "Install" link. This action will redirect you to the Google Workspace Marketplace.
- Install the App: Once on the Google Workspace Marketplace page, click the "Install" button. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation process.
- Choose Your Gmail Account: A prompt will ask you to select the Gmail account where you wish to install Ready to Send. For demonstration purposes, we're using a demo account.
- Grant Access: Provide access to your inbox to allow Ready to Send to function efficiently.
Using Ready to Send:
- Open Gmail: If you had Gmail open before installing the app, consider refreshing the page to confirm it has been installed.
- Access the App: Locate the Ready to Send icon in the bottom corner of your screen. Clicking on it will open the side panel.
- Initial Setup: Ready to Send may take a moment to load on its first launch. Once loaded, it will immediately start generating draft replies for incoming emails in your inbox. No further action is required at this stage.
- Generated Drafts: If there are unread emails in your inbox, you'll notice that Ready to Send has already worked its magic by adding draft responses to these emails.
- Review and Customize: Click on a draft response to review it. While the draft is ready for sending, you have the flexibility to personalize and customize it according to your preferences.
